Mumia Abu Jamal is guilty of murder. He was a member of the resistant (and violent) Black Panther Party, and he was shot and apprehended at the scene. If you ask me he has been wasting everyone's time and money. It's time for him to die.

I did look it up and the court proceedings were not run as they should have been, but that does not change the fact that his gun was at the scene( It had been fired ) and officer Faulkner had shot him. Say what you will about a mystery man running from the scene, what did aliens teleport him and his gun to the scene of the shooting ( his brother getting pulled over ) , does'nt take a genus to figure it out.
