3D Silver Glitter Lips: Tips Trick & Tutorial

The eye tutorial starts at 2:00 the lip portion starts at 6:10 ^_^

The Glitter I used is MAC 3D Silver, a larger sized rainbow-reflecting glitter. A better way to do this is to use lipbalm instead of gloss.
