http://www.v8tvshow.com - The time came to install the rebuilt 1973 Pontiac 400 into our '69 Firebird. It's running a rebuilt bottom end, roller rockers, #16 Pontiac iron heads, a Professional Products intake manifold, MSD ignition, h Holley carb, Royal Purple break-in oil & filter, and Eastwood coated long-branch exhaust manifolds leading to MagnaFlow exhaust. Also shown is the Vintage Air compressor and accessories from Classic Industries.

Nice install and sounds great. Please paint Pontiac blocks the proper blue. Looks better in blue and you need the contrast.

If this were an all-original car, then we would have shot the engine in the Pontiac blue. However, there are a bunch of subtle mods on this one, and the primary colors are the red, silver, and gunmetal. This scheme is carried throughout the car and is nice and clean. You'll see more in the next videos!

Nice! I have almost the same setup on my 455(464). I used the edelbrock rpm ram air IV style camshaft, and procomp intake. One thing though, all pontiac intakes can be considered "air gap" because pontiacs have a seperate valley pan unlike chevys.

very nice. Those 400s at 10+ to 1 is brutal...that 9 to 1 is very nice.
