From a CD only album packed with retrostyled deepfunk by The Sound Stylistics produced exclusively for the legendary library label Bruton in 2002. In 2007 The Sound Stylistics released 14 of the 17 tracks on the album "Play Deep Funk" for Freestyle Records. "Party People" was also released as a 7" single on the german label "Mocambo".

I guess Chase was an inspiration to them.
This intro has the same horn line as Chase - "Livin' in Heat".
