Thanks for doing this. It covers the basics excellently.

Except the doing investigations with someone else. I think having more than yourself shows more professionalism to people who are already on edge about the paranormal and there is safety in numbers.

I agree, but I also think it depends on the location. You can always go to a public cemetery by yourself and probably be safe alone. However, in some places it definitely is important to have back up!

Sorry for the late response, just saw the question. I've seen where the responses seem intelligent, so I hate to discount them. However, I think when you can hear a disembodied voice without equipment (and you catch on tape which I have twice) that evidence is way more credible.

I never implied you said that. I am sorry you misunderstood my comment. I was pointing out that doing investigations whether alone or with one other at least was not covered and as you replied the same I don't understand why you feel to want to re-say it.

Also, I had never implied there is such an expert who knows everything about this or anything else in this world! I was merely adding my two-cents considering my local cemeteries have GROUPS of 'hobos' living there, hence safety in numbers.

lets be clear i never said go alone...just said there were no definitive experts on the paranormal..thats like saying you know everything there is to know about god but we all know that is impossible...safety first and that means having a partner when the situation calls for it. get out there and explore! happy hunting everyone!
