Evil robots from Planet Z have invaded pixel-Earth. They hide in plain sight and have the ability to look like anyone. Will humanity survive? It's not the premise for a new science fiction movie, but it is the idea behind Tapstatic's new iPhone and iPad game, Deliver da Bomb.
"There are 50 challenging levels and two explosive game modes," said Samuel Chan, CEO of Tapstatic. "The robots can look like anyone you're familiar with and they'll play with your emotions. Who will you trust?"
Deliver da Bomb is a war-type game fresh from the Tapstatic labs and set for release in the near future. Designed for the iPhone and iPad, players must deliver the anti-robot bombs that will destroy the evil invaders, free pixel-Earth and secure the survival of the world's citizenry. Players use tanks, troops and their personal skills to save the day.
Bombs can be bounced by players troops to get one step closer to defeating the evil invaders, but caution is advised -- if bombs take out too many of a player's own troops, all will be lost. Deliver da Bomb features an evil robot with the ability to face shift into people with which players are familiar in a bid to gain sympathy and toy with their emotions. Face shifts are based on individuals within the player's Photo Library.
Deliver da Bomb grew out of Chan's love of similar games. The app offers players an engaging pastime that's reminiscent of the most popular retro spacebridge games of the past, combined with updated technology that utilizes photo library and technology for iPhone games and iPad games. The application features a colorful and user-friendly interface for hours of fun. Players can rack up points, progress through 50 individual levels and gain multiple lives. A life meter helps users monitor the evil robot's life force.
The entire firm is built around a community-based philosophy that actively seeks input from users. The firm is currently seeking comments on its introductory video for Deliver da Bomb on the company website and offers visitors the opportunity to win a 16GB iPad 2 for the individual with the best comment.

Deliver da Bomb represents the first app from Tapstatic for iPhone games and iPad games. The application features the feel of the retro games players were fond of as youngsters, while utilizing modern technology for unique game play. Deliver da Bomb promises untold hours of evil robot-zapping fun for users of all ages, allowing anyone to rise above petty concerns to be the savior of pixel-Earth.
