two reasons this video is fake
1. The title. Only the ones that are obviously fake put 100% real or [NoFake], real people that have a smidge of proof she exists have much better titles
2. the poor quality. Anyone can purposely smudge a video and screw it up, if you really want good "evidence", stop screwing your video
