HI, IVE DRAINED MY SYSTEM TO CHANGE DOWNSTAIRS RADS FOLLWING NORMAL PROCEDUE.. AFTER RE FITTING IVE FOLLOWED THE NORMAL PROCEDURE TO RE-FILL, THE DOWNSATIARS RADS HAVE FILLED BUT THE UPSATAIRS HAVE NOT. IVE DONE SOME CHECKS, VALVES, BLOCKS ETC. HAVE YOU GOT ANY IDEAS????
