Quite complex.
The cameroonian player stretched his leg to make pressure and push Lineker to the ground with his forearm. Lineker fell because the keeper did well blocking without touch him but the intention was from the player who pushed him.
So when Lineker's pushed he falls trying to avoid the keeper. He doesn't dive but even though he is pushed the keeper doesn't touch him, it's HE who touches the keeper unwittingly.
I don't know if it's a Penalty.
The previous penalty it sure as hell is 1.

People are saying these are dives, I've just been on the Grosso V Australia pen and basically everyone is saying cause he was slightly touched it's a stonewaller. Now if that's a stonewaller, these 2 are definate pens as well. But don't let any of that get in the way of the anti-English stuff :)

Not only was Lineker not a cheat he actually got an award from Fifa for his fair play and his conduct throughout his career, where he was never booked or red carded.
So fuck off.

Lineker was one of footballs biggest cheaters. Both penalties were divings. Specially the second one. Cameroon was robbed on the victory.
