Hinduism: Horrific treatment of infants with red hot iron

This video shows horrific superstitious beliefs of followers of Hinduism. They treat swelling in the body with red hot iron rod. This treatment is popular in many parts of India. They also treat infants with this method.
The person who does this is sometimes called as doctor. These so called doctors treat lot of people.
This doctor asks people about their problems, and then he puts some dust at location of pain. Then he touches red hot iron on that location
One patient said that he had liver problem, he was not able to eat anything that is why he came here.
This Doctor says that touching red hot iron at pain location does not give any additional pain to patients because God protects them, but we saw that many children were crying after their treatment.
