I know from personal experience that what she says is true. Cross a border and eat at a McDonald's in that country, and there's a high chance that a lot of the menu there tastes very differently than what you're used to.
(PS.: If you're from the US, then it's going to taste better and probably going to be a lot less nasty and unhealthy no matter where you go. Sad truth.)

@Alguien208 dude you don't know how big the difference really is. she's pointing out that fast food joints in Europe have higher standards and thus higher quality products due to better food regulation. FDA sucks, more so then EU food regulators, this much is obvious
