  • ive been on it for 21 days and im still hungry every day,,,,i also wanted to say when i started this diet i had alot of anxity and it raised my blood pressure but after the first week it went away

  • Thank you for your response. I am now on day 34 and the hunger had stopped a few days ago and the low bp is not as bad. I think my symptoms just lasted longer than most. Keep goin!!!

  • this is an awesome product I am down 50lbs :-)

  • NEW RESEARCH shows that you should have 800 calories instead of the 500 you can see video segments in youtube Dr. OZ or some other ones saying that the original diet was for over weight boys that had under developed sex organs... If you ADD the extra 300 calories you can COMFORTABLY get through this diet WITHOUT feeling like your starving or going to pass out!!! GOOD LUCK and it also STOPS CHEATING CRAVINGS!! Keep fruit on you at all times but PROTEIN is preffered...

  • Hi...Congrats to you for hanging in there. You can do it. Last Monday was my 40th day and my last day. I only lost 25 lbs, however, I am still very happy.
