In this video I show you how to do a great walking exercise to help tone and tighten your butt (gluteus maximus muscles), legs (quadricep muscles) and stomach (abdominal muscles), especially your oblique muscles.   • Hi, it can because you are holding them up and tensing them during the movement. That's a great little toning effect as well :o)

  • Hi, if you decide to lose weight, the weight will be lost all over your body. You really cannot exclude certain spots. You can help to tone and shape your butt with resistance type exercises. Please see my videos on toning your butt for some ideas.

    however, what if I decide to lose weight...I'd like to lose about 15-20 pounds...How can I acheive that without losing my butt? Should I work out my butt while I'm losing weight or no? Should I use weights? I'm new to this, as much help as you can tell me please do. Thank you veryyy much !!
