After cheating on the presidential election of 2009, People of Iran started protesting and it was peaceful but the pro-government militia brutally murdered people in Iran because they did not want people's voice to be heard.

i cant imagine what it must be like to live in iran during this time of unrest. i am so greatful to live in canada where we have so much freedom that most take for granted. my heart goes out to the families of those who have been killed by the iranian police. i truly hope that the people of iran find freedom and peace and that those who died did not do so in vain.
