Imma dancer and even tho a bunch of website chart thingies say I'm average and in my -3 I know I am but I'm so scared of being too fat to dance. I'm 13, 98lbs and 5'4", that's not fat right?

when i was 5'1 and weighed 110 and 115...people called me whale, fatass, fatty, 'the fat friend in the group' 'the biggest' i looked up that my weight for my height and age was normal, but i didn't feel like it was. i was intaking less calories and soon i began to lose weight really fast. Never ever judge and call somebody fat. you have no idea what goes through their mind and the tears they cry at night when you say things like that.

This is a really good video that teaches a lesson. I was @ the park with my friend and sum guys called me fat and my friend stood there and laughed. Even tho we weigh the same anyways.

i´m anorexic,it´s hard,it began with a simple diet,u mentalized yourself to say always no thanks, i'm okay,whan actually you´re dying to taste that cookie, taste that gummy bear, that little chip, it is hard at the beggining but as you notice you've losed weight you want more and more...and then you realized that there were a time when you ate a salad and you thought it was ok...it´s like you didn't eat anything,in anorexic an apple in the day is a lot, a salad it's the meal of your whole day...

i went through this for hree months... i was always sick and tired dizy... I always felt ugly fat no good. yes i'm big ik but i learnd that not eating can cause you to gane weight aswell. As much as I wanted to lose weight i ended up ganning it... Nw i have to live with what i made and now i see that i'm not ugly or fat.. i am the way i wasmade... and I should love my body no matter what>>.. this song and video points it out more then anything.
