There's a tradition on Easter where parents hide plastic filled with candy or actual hard-boiled eggs for kids to find. It's a stupid and pointless tradition but it's fun.
Game designers put secrets throughout games meant for people to find them. That's why secrets in games are call Easter eggs. :P

@MrBlake055 look at a phone, each number is assigned 3 letters sometimes 4, fuine the letter b, its on the 2 key, find the letter e, its on the 3 key, so on and so forth

he said could this be a hint to GTA VI which is 6 but he probably means 5 although the next one will be GTA IV though but in a different place. :)
