The way YouTube mangles MP3 encoding is tricky. It tends to recode, which introduces artifacting, so its often best to have your audio uncompressed. Then again, i've had great results encoding tightly, so it's hit and miss. Part of the frustration of YouTube. Check out how good audio sounds on Vimeo by comparison. Thanks for the video anyway, we're up for NYE and it helps to see the palce... from above :P

Thank you for your constructive comments . . . I mixed it well but came out poor on YouTube . . . Ive had this happen a couple of times. Ive had quite a few years in radio and know how to mix . . . . anyway, I think it sounds crap too so Ill try and do a remix soon . . . . apologies for the late reply

oh it's ok! you know, my father's oncle is a flier at airlie beach..
And a question.. Is it nice to live in Australia? because i've always loved looking at pictures of Australia, and I'm very curious if it's nice there. I live in the Netherlands, so it's pretty far away :P

Ah, the Low Lands . . . you would fit in well here. . . I know 2 exceptional ladies from Holland and they both loved it here.
It is more than likely I have flown with your uncle many times - it is a nice gig to be flying around here and getting paid for it.

Are you a flier too? That's really nice!
My father's oncle said that sometimes when he flies, he can see white sharks swimming very close to the beach. Pretty scary, isn't it?
Well, thanks for your reply. But now you made me even more curious ;P

No, not a flyer . . . lived on the islands for 4 years and had to fly to the Mainland to do banking and shopping once or twice a week . . .intended to be a pilot but I have mates who let me 'take the stick' now and then so I get to do the fun bit without the study. Ive seen sharks, whales and crocodiles sunbathing on the rocks at the end of the bay at the end of the Airlie Beach airstrip.
