I just want to get this straight... MT on Sarth, OT on drake, 1 flies down at a time, DPS race, avoid flame walls, onto the next drake, next drake, all back on sartharion? does that mean theres a third tank for the adds? I just want to know, because I plan on tanking this sometime soon. an answer would be awesome, thanks

One tank on Sartharion, one tank on all the drakes/whelps/elementals. Some people do it with 3 tanks, having a tank just for the whelps and elementals, but if one tank can handle picking up everything, 2 is better.

so I'm guessing an AoE tank would be best for drakes/whelps/eles? since I'm a prot war, I should be on Sarth?

Warriors are fine at either, you don't need to do a huge amount of threat on the whelps/elementals.

You can. As long as the tank can generate a lot of aggro and can pick up some additional mobs, it really makes no difference.
