When WCAU used the Palmer News Package/PNP, from the many videos on here, they used Phase 2, and lots of the bumpers/beds sounded like it was from opens. Did WCAU also commission Phase 2 like WCBS, since both stations joined with that theme one station earlier and the other later that year? (in which it was from 1987)

If she's the same person who went by the name Meg McDonald at WSOC-TV Charlotte in the mid 1980s, she had some sort of delibitating nerve disease and had to leave broadcasting. That's about all I can remember.

I didn't know Gene Crane had still worked channel 10 for this long. Like Stan Chambers from KTLA, Crane is still one of the oldest news staff that's still around.
