i found one of those out by my house in the woods have had him almost 2 years

@colossus it wasn't a heat lamp you know, just a lamp, and i didn't read anywhere about normal lamps killing salamanders, but apparently they do.. and well people learn from their mistakes. once there were scientists who wanted to test if a parrot could live without oxigen. turns out he couldn't, but hey thats research to you know. and by the way why are you hating on me for a comment i pasted ten months ago? don't you have something better to do? its pointless

Is that salamander obese? I feed mine night crawlers twice a week and she is no where near that size. She is probably close to the same length tho.
