Yes that´s one of the best routes at france. The Viaduc de Millau, the mountains I love this way. But be careful in the wintertime. Fog, Snow and Ice you can have there.

Super..I drove this way back from a trip to Carcassone in the winter of 2010 in my Campervan, sunny but very cold. Temperature inversion over the Millau, so it was like driving across the sky, an unforgetable experience! We got stuck in the snow on the way out, 12 hours to get from Arras on the A26 to Orleans!
