  • This is not the one Stan Kenton recorded. That arrrangement was by Steve Spiegel. This one was recorded by Maynard Ferguson arranged by Adrian Drover (I think).

  • nice high notes in the bones at 2:32 and 3:45. no offense, but with the trumpet solo taken down the octave the song is not exciting. i was sort of bored the whole song. the whole band really got into it when we played it this year
