NewZealfighter is right...When practiced slowly, you see things you couldn't see when speeding up...by gradually learning from slower paces to faster paces, percision becomes a very natural thing and then you won't even miss or ignore certain things that could be useful to you in your next step to controlling the situation.

The guy in green can take one hell of a beating o.o

smack flap smack wooof pam clack uuuuffff smack,
The attacker has to go slow motion but does he need to do something to kind of counter or lessen impacts or just take it and breathe and all? how does that part of practice go?
In a lot of sys videos attacker gets a beating full speed while demonstrating slow motion, how does he go about in his role, punching bag style or there is more to it?
thanks
Roberto

Just love this vid. Talanov is so old school. Hyper simple, relaxed and efficient; and devastating.

It's good that it is in slow motion,
you cant make a movie when it is at top speed or the movie needs to be one minut ;)(im a russian sorry for typing)
this is the slow sparring game where you both learn correct bio machanics and economy of motion and geometry and reality of movement
in this slow sparring game.Everything slows down but your minds speeds up
the laws of physic however must be obeyed as if it was full speed
this is done for creativity and for advance learning confidence building and for better muscle memory retention
