Truth is, the album is still being processed to all the online retailers and it is not a definite that it will be released on 12/13/11 (original release date) but I do know for sure, the album will be released before Christmas (12/25/11).

This is absolutely gorgeous! I do have to say I wish "well done" was more of a ballad as your acoustic version on youtube, but the real important thing for that song are the lyrics, so it's still gorgeous!
