  • The video is good and informative on how you effectively execise your back. I do happen to know a link of a site that gives free workout plans and exercises that you could use to gain lean muscles and loose fats faster. It main focus is to add muscles to your body strategically to improve and develop a lean muscular look you after. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile,
