the worst joint pop out I have to say is the thigh to the hip joint. doing unfocused exercising is an enemy lol.

Yeah, especially doing push ups and after intense sprints.

@imboredmeow Do your joints ''pop'' out of place during sports,lifting? Mine allways did.(I'm also hypermobile)

lol bye doing that all you have to do is dislocate you shoulders and be able to relocate them. not saying its easy lol ive been tryin to do that for 5 years now

no joke i used to be able to do that but really cant anymore, yould it be because i lift weights alot?

you dnt have to be double jointed to do that stuff me n my friends used to do this at school its part of a few dances that everyone does smh ppl r so qullable
