Im all for the government leaving open tracks and letting us 4wd but these dunes are rooted. Is the wind strong there cause i know at Stockton the wind covers your tracks pretty quickly

My first venture into sand very similar to the hill at 8:41 had me worried. South of where this video was taken. Approx 2km north of Carpenter Rocks, SA. I wasn't really prepared. - No aip pressure gauge so I let the tyres down to what I thought might have been 20psi. I later found that I was nowhere near that mark. I got over on the 3rd attempt but it was scary without backup. Nice video.
