  • Hey Guys, we have a new one of these coming in!! Just completely restored.

    Jeff

  • God, I'm 18 but why can't they make cars like this still? Who cares if they only got 10 mpg! They're fucking awesome! All my friends have used late 90s Ford tempos, Honda Civics, and Impalas that don't even come close to the originals. Even if it means I have to wait several years extra to save up money, my first car is going to be made from 1959-1965 from solid America steel!

    You Go Young Blood!!

  • what exhaust system is on that car and what gears are in the rear?

  • Headers, FloMasters. Guessing 3.55 rear.

  • i know this may sound dumb but does it have power steering

  • I'd love to cruise down the Orchard Road, Singapore, in one of these darlings. Maybe lowered over some chrome reverse wheels, or Astro Supremes, on whitewalls and Bellflowers.

  • I want one with a nice smooth purring 327, Powerglide, power steering and brakes, and factory A/C. I wanna cruise!!!

  • is this still available?

  • @NAM19661967

I bought a GTO when I returned from my 3rd tour.

  • I was 16 in '63 and I had a friend with a 409 SS Impala...he was my friend but he was a total asshat.

In fact...everyone in my town with 409s were asshats.

    Coincidence?

    Probably.

I made up for it in '68 by getting a GTO.

I suppose I was an asshat too.

But I loved that car which makes ok...I guess.

I do have a fact ---> The tires available in '63 (and in '68) were completely useless when trying to get that horsepower to stay on the ground.

Most of my tires went up in smoke.

  • they didnt keep making them cause when gas went to 70 cents it became unaffordable to drive them LOL

  • Work of art

  • Just needs some beefy street radials and you've got a hell of a drag machine.
