This exercise could be too advanced for some people. It assumes great flexibility and strength to begin with.

Do you need to keep your leg completely straight for this?

Very good exercise for dance with weak gluteus medius and tight bisep femoris (outside side of hamstring hamstring) and sickled foot.

so its not 90 degrees ????? the leg? its like 70% angle right ????

this exercise can be done at varying degrees of hip flexion. if you have good hamstring flexibility then try it at the greatest angle you perform up to 90 degrees.
