  • this exercise can be done at varying degrees of hip flexion. if you have good hamstring flexibility then try it at the greatest angle you perform up to 90 degrees.

  • This exercise could be too advanced for some people. It assumes great flexibility and strength to begin with.

  • Do you need to keep your leg completely straight for this?

  • Very good exercise for dance with weak gluteus medius and tight bisep femoris (outside side of hamstring hamstring) and sickled foot.

  • so its not 90 degrees ????? the leg? its like 70% angle right ????
