madonna is the best

that's why i like madonna: she writes her own songs and there's always a message in it. what is there not to love? i REALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND how people can go crazy about "artists" like britney spears or ch. aguilera or rihanna, who do not write their own songs and don't even put their heart into it; their songs are just commercial...

This song reminds me of grandparents. they raised me. nobody loved me like they did my grandfather died in front of me when i was 10 she died at 14. i had nobody after that. there place was my playground. don't look back well that is indeed too much to ask. i hope everday that god takes me to be with them. but it never happens. life was so good with them.

i actually like it better now although there was no responsibility when you were younger

You must be a very caring, sentimental person. Am I right? Like me I bet you think back when you were a youngster, when things were much simpler and grander. How I miss those days. My life now is just okay. Nothing like it was many years ago. Growing up in Chicago in the sixties were the best times of my life. Lots of friends, no drugs, little violence, and simply happy to be alive. That sums up my "playground".

The best Madonna song by a long shot. Her tender voice coupled with the poignant lyrics brings me to tears. Takes me back to my childhood when life was carefree. Oh how I miss it.
This song has been touching my heart for several years... it will never lose its charm...
