he has a lot of properties but he's debt ridden and real estate prices are far from their early 2007 level,personaly I've nothing against leverage IF you respect a decent ratio:I'll wait to have enough bucks,let's say 70% of the purchase price then I'll borrow the rest before pulling off my investment in rental real estate
