"Mein Kampf" presents the rise and fall of the Third Reich, showing
mainly the destruction of Poland and the life of Hitler, which is told since
he was a mediocre student and frustrated artist aspirant living in the
slums in Austria and Germany, until his suicide in 1945 -being responsible
for the death of millions of people, and the destruction of Europe. All the
footage is real and belonged to a secret file of Goebbels, inclusive with
many very strong scenes filmed by Goebbels himself.

I despise everything about nazi-ism to my deepest core, but it seems like it was such a great time to be alive, to be German, to be caught up in a national fervor, to believe in a great future, a future full of hopes and dreams. We all know what ultimately happened, but they had no way of knowing it at the time. I so wish that he had not been a maniac, and that I could have lived in that time.
