Motorola Spectra Radio w/scan on.

This is a short clip of a Motorola Spectra, with the scan activated. The chopping you here is the radio scanning the priority channel (Pri Indicator doesn't flash) or 2 priority channels (On The second priority the Pri Indicator flashes). When the radio is on a non-priorty chennel, it listens for activity on the primary priority channel. When the radio sees activity on the Primary channel (The indicator doesn't flash) The radio will jump over there immeditialy.

There older generation digital analog radios properly flashed they can receive P25 Digital to program you need a XP computer for CPS or you can program with RSS on Computer they do not support Keypad programmable if you want Police Fire ect the personality of the channel can be set to Receive only Msg me if you need Software or help programming just one Ham helping others

how does scan in this radio work? does it scan only the channels it have programmed or it can actually scan through all the frequencies? can you program it through the key pad or only PC?

I have have had a ht1250 and it break. I had a cdm1550 and it break. I had a kenwood tk2180 and it worked great. I have a kenwood nx-210 nexedge and it works great. Fuck motorola
