@guitargeek1122 You know, I haven't weighed the boat yet. I can carry it by myself if I have too and it doesn't feel much heavier than a sheet of 3/4" MDF plywood which is right at 100lbs. I would say it's really close to that without the mast and things in it, just the hull.
