  • joe rogan will go crazy if anyone pulls this off in the UFC while he's commentating. gogos are starting to become common. i seen a couple omoplatas. the only time i saw a twiser is when jason chambers finished with it in his final fight on human weapon.

  • Man, I'd love that DVD set but $120 for The Twister is just too much money.

  • @Kasabian1. You're right he is the bomb. And tell your instructor he's a hypocrite. He thinks a pothead is the bomb. I don't smoke weed, but believe an open mind to those who want to is just fine. Master Bravo is proof.

  • @murdockqotsa broken spine/back/neck/ , paralysis, or death

  • @klam22 isn't it funny how you made that comment and now earlier this year the Korean Zombie pulled it off! HaHa that's awesome.

  • What happens if there is no tap?

  • @sensfan10000 Just got taught this tech last night, but from attacking a turtled opponent. Much simpler entry, makes the tech seem really simple (I'm sure it wont be in sparring haha!). Haven't found a comparable vid yet but I'm sure it would worth a second look dude.

  • but neck cranks are illegal in my school any other ways to finish it ?

  • @klam22 This comment here predicted the future hahaha, Good stuff!

  • @klam22 how bout a bannana split

  • @klam22 well, korean zombie did the twister on ufc while Rogan was commentating. XD.

I know your comment was 3 years ago.

  • @Kabasan21 Stretch every day until it's comfortable, then keep stretching. Stretch 3 times a day. You will eventually get there. It's all about work ethic.
