I will call NASM and find out the truth about head rolls and write more...I will say that none of my clients have ever had any problems with head rolls.  We just modify, and do things in a gentle way to promote range of motion. The joints need movement.

Thank you SO much...I had to do a warm up plus stretching in my physical education class and I had NO idea what to do...I didn't want to do all the usual stuff but something a little bit different...and then I found your vid!It was a real help! Good job and thanks again!^^
