This is actually the 1998 version of "Rubber Duckie." But since they knew it wouldn't be right for someone else to sing the song, they simply just reused the original 1969 Jim Henson Ernie voice track and had Steve Whitmire lip-synch the puppet to it, to give it that classic feel.
