@BunnyRaider Allright.

@Gest00rd I know Ice was neutral to Fire; I never said it wasn't. Gest was saying that Fire and Ice were neutral to each other, but I was pointing out that Fire was super effective to Ice.

@BunnyRaider Not really ...
I was playing with Charizard as my starter against Red.
Red sent out Blastoise, and used Blizzard.
As my Charizard was also around 85, it wouldn't 1 hit ko it without Super Effective damage.
And it did 5/6th of my health.
I'm sure Ice WAS neutral against Fire, so the super effectiveness came from the Flying type Charizard also has.
Conclusion: Fire is super effective against Ice
Ice is NOT not very effective against Fire
Thank you very much.

@Gest00rd Fire was still super effective to Ice in Gen 1. There's a bug that made the "not very effective" or "super effective" messages appear even though they're neutral. For instance, Electric attacks would say super effective against Zapdos.

In case anyone's curious, the Rival's Eeveelution in Pokemon Yellow is dependent on how many of the first two Rival battles you won.
Lost at Lab and Route 22 = Vaporeon
Won at one of them = Flareon
Won at both = Jolteon
As I said before, it sucks about the lost footage, Jon. Feel free to take your time getting to the Mewtwo stuff. :)
Nice ring tone, BTW. ;P

Just a heads up, this will be the last part for now. There is post-game content in the form of the Cerulean Cave/Unknown Dungeon, and it WAS recorded. However, the recording ended RIGHT before I caught Mewtwo. So, I will have to go through the game again to record about 5-10 minutes more of footage. Needless to say, it's not happening anytime soon. But anyway, thanks for watching, and look out for my next projects!
