tesla coils (the dangers)

ok here we go i just got my new pulse cap (maxwell that is)so now there is 60nf under the bonnet and im using a tap for the primary tapped around the 11th turn somewhere but you can see im not quite there yet (it keeps melting and smoking for starters)but we can see that when i do find the spot and make a better tap its really going to do the bizz and im just about to put it all away for the night whilst i make a new tap and what happens but a pissed up neighbour (using the term nieghbour lightly) decides he wants a piece of me !!!dont worry about my messed up clothes im wearing rags cos im working on stuff!! just in case!!
