GRASSROOT OF HAWAII PORK REPORT 2010

HONOLULU--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today on the steps of the Hawaii state capitol, the Grassroot Institute of Hawaii (GRIH), in collaboration with the nations premiere national taxpayer watchdog group Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW), released the 2010 Hawaii Pork Report: The Book Hawaiis Government Doesnt Want You To Read. The exposé follows on the successful debut of last years report and continues to detail egregious waste, abuse, and mismanagement of taxpayer dollars in the Aloha State. Co-authored by Hideo Hikida, Frances Nuar, and GRIH President Jamie Story, the report reveals more than $300 million in waste, abuse, and mismanagement of taxpayer dollars.
