i accidentaly scratched my friends soft top widow. the seem to very minor scratches (i drew a picture in his window after he had gone mudding, i was drunk and being dumb) would this method work the same for somthing like that or would u recomend somthing else?

That looks great. I have an 80 CJ-5 and the windows are in good shape but a buffing like that would make it nicer.

Someone asked earlier if these products will work on tinted plastic windows. My Jeep top has tinted windows so I need to know if they will cause damage. Thanks.

@redwood1966 - Don't try to Buff the Tint...However, Usually Tinting is on the inside of the window. You should be working on the outside of the window. Just like head lights, the weather damage and oxidation happens outside...

Where can you buy those products at? Are there any other products sold at the auto parts store that'll work?

You can buy Glare Spider (used as the final sealant) at glare(dot)com. MX-7 metal polish is only available in stores right now. I am hearing it might be available online sometime this year. Try any metal polish that has real jewelers rouge. Thanks for watching our videos. ~ E Cars Hawaii

What pads are you using?

@str8rage. We are using a Dewalt Rotary Buffer with a Napa 4 ply Wool Pad followed by a Napa Speedy Foam Pad. Hope this helps.
