Its not Lil Boosie. This was made in 2001 and Lil Boo was 13. By that time, Lil Boosie was about 17 or 18, rapping with Webbie. Lil Boo is from Houston and Lil Boosie is from Baton Rouge, and they have two totally different accents and styles of rapping. I'm from the DC area and been listening to these guys since 2002 and did a lil homework.
