Short message from 'E25' - the Shouty Lady. Starts alternating between '788, 780', then moves on to '788' repeatedly. Maybe one is a recipient code, the other some control code. Eventually moves to a short message, then 'repeat, repeat, repeat'. After the repeat, 'end of message, end of transmission'.
Recorded at 1250 UTC, 27/1/09. Frequency: 9450 khz.
The 'FX' here are yet more experimentation with Windows Movie Maker.
Trivia: the broadcast you can just about hear in the background (and which comes back to life after E25 is finished with its nefarious deeds) is probably WYFR Family Radio, a Christian international broadcaster (reputedly once CIA-backed), broadcasting its Southeast Asian beam in Laotian. Which is obviously DX for me, suggesting that E25 is much closer to Western Europe (although that may not be its target). E25 is reputed to be Egyptian.

Additional: I actually tuned in hoping to catch one of E25's infamous intro tunes, but it wasn't to be. This broadcast was actually preceded by a piercing unbroken tone (like 400 khz or so) which drowned out WYFR for a minute or so. I didn't guess it was E25 until the voice started.
It does not appear automated?

I have an older E25 video (a man) that was definitely not automated.
However, I've analysed the lady a few times - all identical numbers at the start or middle of a string are 100% identical, while the end of each string has its own set of recorded numbers, which are all identical among themselves too.
