if u don't bolt it.... is it still firm?
im from brasil, im trying to buy a descent practice pad, but i can't find one that keeps firm when i start to get speed and power...
i have heard good things about that pad, but i have never tested it....
are they still good if u dont bolt them?

hey! That was a real lesson of how to make your own practice station. I'm going to make my own one and I would love to hear that hihat mute. Does it work ok? I worry about neighbours, don't know if it would fit with the acustic sounds levels i can generate in my livingroom.
