[Halo 2 Vista] Boost/Wizard Systems

Probably should have waited until it was looking better and placed the elite in the middle of the map first... but oh well, I don't care, I just wanna show it to the people who looked at me strange when I started claiming I was a Wizard.

The least shown feature, the Wizard part, will end up in a map in the future. Throw your warthog to kill all the enemies, and they where be randomly flinging fusion coils around. I actually feel it might be easier to let them kill each other with fusion coils since they are being launched by random math, etc. Haven't decided weather ill actually make them launch directly at you or fully random.

Totally gotta make boost ramps, etc, later.
