I'm from Boston, so I got introduced to this song by the Lyres. Then about 10 years ago I discovered that you were the guys who did "Things I'd Like To Say"...I've been a ravenous fan ever since! Good stuff, glad you're still doing it!

@axeblaster1000 Met Jeff and the lads in 2007 when we both played an event called CaveStomp 2007 in New York. We did our song on Saturday night, and Jeff, who paid us the honor of requesting permission to play it when they went on Sunday, did just that. Unfortunately, we had to fly out Sunday morning so never heard the Lyres covering "I Confess" live, but I've had the record for years and loved their version, albeit a wee bit less than our own!

Can anyone tell me where to get the "Sides" cd for New Colony? I have all the original albums but am not sure where to get this one. How many of the original members still play in the band? It would be great to see Ronnie with them again. Who was the original drummer...Chic James?

Reverse order = Chic was our original drummer; Ronnie does join us, albeit rarely, for a tune or two; 2 of us were with NC6 back in the day, but only I am a founder in the current line-up, but with one personnel change in the past 12 years - to me, all of the current members have earned "official" membership in the Colony; "Sides" is a release out of the UK, Rev-Ola is the label, look on eBay, or through online sites like Amazon. This song brings back great memories.! I haven't heard this song for years.! One of the great ones from my younger days . I'm glad good music like this refuses to die off , because the crap today that's called music isn't.!!! Thanks for keeping it alive !

Damn, even today...this song rocks with melody and subtle key changes. In many ways its as good as the Beatles songs from their 1965-66 period.
