Thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to upload these videos. It has saved my phone from going in the bin!

Just for info for anybody else that needs to change their screen. I bought a new digitizer off eBay. Removing the old screen did take some time but did not require any heat. The glue that kept the screen in place remained on the top case and was still sticky enough to use on the new screen without having to add new glue or tape.
