Feb. 21 (Bloomberg Law) -- Roberta Karmel, Professor at Brooklyn Law School, talks with Bloomberg Law's Lee Pacchia about her thoughts on how to reform the financial industry. Professor Karmel has recently called for reforms such as breaking up the large American banks and combining the Securities Exchange Commission with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Professor Karmel previously served as a Commissioner for the SEC.
