You gotta hand it to Dr. Wily, I mean the guy is consistent. He could have just put some regular platting on that thing, but no... it has to have the shape of a skull! Even though he secretly knows that Megaman is going to smash it.

I remembered the advice to detonate the Drill Bombs before they hit the air craft. It was amazing that you dodged all of the shots.

i beat his second form with the buster as i didnt know the drill worked on him and i lost half my hp bar with buster only -__-" i feel nooby
