Qu'on les appelle shawarma, döner ou gyros, il s'agit toujours d'une viande marinée (porc, agneau ou poulet), puis rôtie à la verticale, servie souvent dans un pain pita.

  • When it is roasted up and it is made by pork,it is called gyros,when it is roasted in the side and made by lamb,it is called kempap in north and kontosouvli in south.I am Greek and i know about it.
